Important Notice
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns of prescription products for reuse or resale, and all sales are final. If you believe we have made an error in filling your prescription, please contact us immediately at support@joinelantris.co.
All Sales Are Final
Due to the nature of prescription medications and compounded pharmaceutical products, Elantris is unable to accept returns for reuse or resale. Once a prescription order has been dispensed and shipped, it cannot be returned.
This policy is in place to protect the safety and integrity of all medications dispensed through our pharmacy network and to comply with applicable state and federal pharmacy regulations.
Prescription Errors
If you believe there has been an error in the filling of your prescription, including receiving the wrong medication, incorrect dosage, or a damaged product, please contact us as soon as possible.

We will work with you and our pharmacy partners to investigate and resolve dispensing errors promptly.
Damaged or Defective Products
If your order arrives damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
Elantris is not liable for products damaged or lost during shipping.
